While going up, SK’s minimum wage will still be lowest in Canada

Saskatchewan currently has the lowest minimum wage amongst the provinces.

That wage is going up, but the province will still be at the bottom of the ladder.

It was announced Friday  the minimum wage will be going up October 1 to $11.32 an hour. It currently stands at $11.06

The provincial government says the increase was calculated based on an indexation formula the province has used since 2011.
