Regina police have charged a 49-year-old man with second degree murder after the body of a 51-year-old woman was found on the 1500 block of Cameron Street Tuesday morning.

The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Janice Elaine Whitequill, police say her family has been notified of her death.
Forty-nine-year-old Morley Dean Whitequill, has been charged with second degree murder.
Whitequill will make his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
