The Regina Pats have taken 17-year-old Russian Right Winger Daniil Guschin with the 7th overall selection in the CHL Import Draft.
Gushchin, a product of Yekaterinburg, spent last season with Muskegon of the USHL, putting up 36 points in 51 games.
The 5’8″ 161 pound winger has also compete for Russia at the U18 World Juniors and the 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Tournament.
