The province’s lieutenant-governor has died. W. Thomas Molloy passed away early Tuesday morning after a battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 78.
Molloy had been installed as the province’s 22nd lieutenant-governor in March of 2018.
Flags on all government of Saskatchewan buildings will fly at half-mast and will continue to do so until he is laid to rest.
A date for that has not been set.
A book of condolence is also available at Government House and the Legislature.
