Charges have been laid in connection to a fatal two vehicle collision that took place in December near Warman.

On December 21, 2018, RCMP were called to the corner of highways 11 and 305, where two trucks, collided.

There were three people in the white truck heading down highway 305. One of them, an 11 year-old girl, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were taken to hospital with injuries.

Meanwhile, the driver of the blue truck, 32 year-old Anthony McClelland, also suffered injuries in the collision He is facing four charges, including operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

McClelland appeared in court on these charges on Wednesday.
