Regina man charged after airsoft pistol incident on Montague Street

A 38-year-old Regina man is facing a weapons charge after an incident involving an airsoft pistol Sunday night.

Police were called to a business on the 3200 block of Montague Street just after 6:00 p.m. after a man threatened staff with what was later determined to be an airsoft pistol.

Jesse Christea has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Officers said no one was injured in the incident.

Christea will make his first court appearance in September.
