An eighth arrest has been made in relation to the Tiki Laverdiere homicide.
Saskatchewan RCMP announced Thursday they have arrested and charged 55-year-old Mavis Quinn Takakenew of North Battleford with accessory after the fact to murder.
She makes her first appearance in provincial court tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. in North Battleford.
The RCMP is still working to locate and arrest another individual who is involved in this investigation.
Nikita Sandra Cook of Onion Lake Cree Nation has been charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.
Cook is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant, however police are advising the public to not approach her.
