CFL negotiation lists are hush-hush for whatever reason, but all teams are lifting the curtain on the lists for a second year by telling us 10 players on their 45-man list.
Of the 10 players that the Riders are letting us know of, three are quarterbacks.

Offensive lineman Blaine Clausell (Mississippi State), defensive lineman Sterling Shippy (Alcorn State), linebacker Gary Johnson (Texas) and defensive backs Jhavonte Dean (Miami), Picasso Nelson Jr. (Southern Mississippi) and Jamar Summers (Connecticut).
