UPDATE – Regina Police say traffic is moving normally again on Ring Road between Pasqua and Albert Streets.

Early Tuesday morning a semi dumped concrete blocks onto the roadway which closed the eastbound lanes for some time.

Police added there may be some delays Tuesday afternoon as the clean up continues.
