Two men are facing attempted murder charges in connection to a stabbing in May.
The Regina Police Service was called to an apartment on the 1200 block of Rae Street at about 3:00am May 17th for a man who had been stabbed several times. Police say the 31 year old victim was taken to hospital by EMS.
Officers found a Honda Odyssey that matched a description of a suspect vehicle leaving the scene, but it was going too fast to be stopped safely.
Further investigation led RPS to two people charged in June and July, with other arrested and charged in August.
Police say 23 year old Calvin Sparvier was arrested from a closed-custody facility on Tuesday and charged with attempted murder. He will appear in court on Wednesday.
Twenty-four year old Jamie Rae Munro was arrested and charged with attempted murder on July 3 and appeared in court on July 4.
Twenty-seven year old Derrick Pasap, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property on June 5. He appeared in court later that day.
