Police in Regina are seeking more details from a shooting that took place Friday night in the city.

Officers were called out to an incident after 11:00 p.m. where a woman was shot outside an alleyway near Angus Street and 6th Avenue.

The shot was fired from a dark coloured truck.

The woman was taken to hospital where she has since been treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police have no further descriptions of the suspects or information regarding this incident.
