A 28 year old man is facing several firearms and drug related charges.
The Regina Police Service says on Friday at about 1:45pm, officers spotted someone identified as a suspect in a suspicious person file on the 1100 block of Devonshire Drive.
There were three people in the car, that had no valid license plate and expired permit, with the suspect in the driver seat and two others who are subjects to outstanding warrants.
All three people were taken into custody and police found a bag with possible chrystal meth and a backpack with a handgun and ammunition in the car.
Two suspects were released with court dates to deal with their warrants.
Justin Pelletier is facing 16 charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a loaded, restricted firearm.
He will made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
