Saskatoon Police investigating voyeurism case at gas station

Saskatoon Police are waiting on a search warrant to check the contents of a cell phone, after a 29-year-old woman reported a voyeurism incident on the weekend.

Over the noon hour Sunday, officers were sent to a gas station on the 400 block of Circle Drive East where the woman said she believed a man in the station had recorded her and four young girls  using the washroom.

She alleged the man exhibited suspicious behavior prior to their using the washroom.

She told police that she saw the camera of a cellphone visible through a damaged ceiling tile.

A 25-year-old man was arrested and later released and a cellphone was seized.

The investigation continues.
