Temperatures to drop and snow to fall in southern Saskatchewan over next 48 hrs

We all know the weather in Saskatchewan in October can be up and down, and we are going to see another example of that come Tuesday night.

After a day on Monday where the temperature was close to 20 degrees in Regina, it will be barely above freezing Wednesday and Thursday as more snow is expected.

Sara Hoffman with Environment Canada says at this point it is tough to say how much is falling.

“It’s tough to say at this point. We do know the snow will come down starting Tuesday night. “Hoffman said. ” We anticipate the heaviest stuff will come down in the southeast.”

Like the snow that hit last month, this won’t stay either with temperatures back in the double digits for the long weekend.
