Three teens face charges connected to string of gas station thefts

Three teens are facings a rash of charges connected to a string of gas station break and enters over the past few days.

The Regina Police Service says in each incident, it’s believed the suspects made off with e-cigarette products.

On Wednesday, the investigation led officers to the 900 and 1000 blocks of Edgar Street where they found a stolen vehicle, stolen property from the gas stations and three suspects .

RPS says a 15-year-old, 16-year-old and 12-year-old are facing a combined 26 charges including theft of auto, attempted break and enter and breach of probation.

All three, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, made their first court appearances on Wednesday.
