Numbers are out from Elections Canada on voter turnout across the country.
While Saskatchewan was ahead of the national average of 71.6 percent, fewer people voted in this election than the one four years ago.
Just over 570,000 people cast a ballot on Monday in Saskatchewan which was 71.7 percent of eligible voters. In 2015, 72.1 percent of eligible voters selected who they wanted as their Member of Parliament
