Costco has a message for its customers who may have gone online over the past couple of days to see a post involving a $75 coupon.

The company has gone to its Facebook page in the U.S. to say the offer is a scam and is no way affiliated with Costco.

The post, which has been going on around on Facebook, shows an image of what appears to be a Costco coupon for $75.  Those who click on it are asked to provide personal information for surveys and share the post in order to redeem the coupon.

Costco says they do not ask customers to share personal information online unless it is through their website.
