Two charged with drug trafficking in the Queen City

Two people are facing charges after Regina Police wrap up a drug trafficking investigation in the city.

RPS says on Wednesday officers searched a home on the 1200 block of Wascana Street, after enforcement at a different location.

As a result, 38-year-old David Pelley and 37-year-old Kristin Greenway, both originally from Calgary, face charges of possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds of crime under $5,000.

Pelley faces additional charges of possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace and carrying a concealed weapon.

Both accused will make their first court appearances on January 2nd.
