RCMP in Fort Qu’Appelle are investigating an incident this morning where a mini-van drove off the road into a coulee.

It happened on Highway 10 just west of Fort Qu’Appelle near the Highway 35 turn-off around 8 AM.

After being safely removed from her vehicle, police learned another vehicle was involved in the incident. That vehicle is described as a black Chevrolet extended cab or crew-cab truck towing an enclosed utility trailer. It also had large side mirrors.

The driver of the truck may not have realized he was involved in a collision.
