Regina Police are conducting a death investigation after the discovery of a deceased woman.

Officers were called to a residence on the 1500 block of Cameron Street around 11:00 p.m. Sunday night.

Police secured the scene and requested the additional resources of Major Crimes and Forensic Identification units, as well as the Coroner.

RPS said a number of investigative processes are currently underway, including identification of the deceased and notification of next of kin.
