Unifor has removed the picture of Kalpesh Patel from their controversial “Meet the Scabs” social media video.

The video, which has been viewed over 2500 times on Twitter, has led Patel to threaten to file a lawsuit against the union if he was not removed for the video.

While the video does not show Patel’s name or picture, it also doesn’t include an apology that Patel, who is a local business owner that says he’s never worked at the Co-op Refinery Complex, was looking for.
