The Saskatchewan Roughriders are headed to the Maritimes.

The CFL will announce on Thursday that the regular-season game featuring the green-and-white against the Argos will be played in Halifax on July 25 in what will be known as “Touchdown Atlantic”.

The game will be played at Saint Mary’s University.

This will be the first regular-season CFL game played in Halifax.  The city is scheduled to be the home of the Atlantic Schooners if the team ever comes to fruition as it continues to look for a stadium site and how it will be paid for.
