Vehicles blocking the entrances and exits to the Co-op Refinery Complex and nearby fueling station are being ticketed by Regina Police.
The vehicles were set up by Unifor after talks stalled after 13 hours of bargaining on Friday as part of their barricade of both facilities.
Union members say officers did not speak to them before issuing the tickets.
The offence on the ticket says ” parked on public property other than a public highway” resulting in a $70 fine.
Employees at the Co-Op refinery have been locked out since December 5. The move to lockout the workers came after Unifor 594 gave 48 hour strike notice.
