Veteran linebacker Solomon Elimimian is staying in Saskatchewan.

The Riders have signed Elimimian to a new one-year contract.

In his first season with the Riders last year, Elimimian put up 88 tackles and four sacks in 15 appearances. He was also named a West Division All-Star.

TSN’s Farhan Lalji reports the contract is worth up to $163,000 with incentives. That would represent a small raise over what Elimimian made in 2019.
