Police investigating two violent robberies on Retallack Street

Regina Police are looking for suspects after two violent robberies on Retallack Street, Wednesday.

The first robbery took place on the 1400 block of Retallack in the afternoon.

A 52-year-old man went inside a residence where he was approached by three suspects carrying an axe and machete, the man was robbed of his belongings and suffered non life-threatening injuries to his face and head.

The first suspect is described as a man, about 5’7″, with a thin build, tattoos on face and wearing wearing blue hoodie.

The second suspect is described as a man about 5’5”, with a heavy build, bald, and wearing a grey shirt.

The third suspect is described as a tall man, with a thin build, wearing a blue hoodie with white markings on the sleeves.

Then around 10:00 p.m. Thursday night, a 27-year-old man was walking on the 1200 block of Retallack when he was approached by a group of men dressed in all black.

The victim was hit in the head with a metal rod then sprayed with bear or pepper spray before the suspects ran off with the man’s personal items.

The victim sustained minor injures and was taken to hospital by EMS.

Regina Police are asking anyone with more information in regards to either case call them or Crime Stoppers.
