Second murder charge handed out in Allan Garrioch death

A second person is facing murder charges in connection to the disappearance and apparent death of Allan Garrioch, who also goes by the last name Glasier.

21 year-old Brettin Veilleux-Pelletier from Prince Albert is facing nine charges, including first degree murder, indignity to a body, and two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose after Garrioch was seen leaving his home in Humboldt with three men and then suspiciously disappeared.

21 year-old Tristan Morrison of Saskatoon has been previously charged with murder, while 23 year-old Joshua Canevaro faces other charges in relation to the incident.

Meanwhile, an autopsy has confirmed that human remains found in the RM of Bayne were Garrioch’s.

Veilleux-Pelletier will appear in Prince Albert court Thursday morning.
