A pair of Canada-wide warrants concluded in Regina, as police have arrested a 29 year-old Toronto man linked to a pair of Alberta murders.

Investigators believe Mohamud Dhiblawe is responsible for the death of a 32 year-old Edmonton man and a 35 year-old Lethbridge man from early February.

Edmonton police say the two murders are not believed to be random, but they are not linked.

Dhiblawe was arrested in Regina on a separate drug search warrant. He will be transported to Edmonton later this week.
