The 28-year-old spent the last two seasons with the team. Before that, Schneider, who played football at one time for the University of Regina Rams, had curled with Adam Casey at the 2017 Brier and with John Morris at the 2017 Olympic trials.
The team says they will make an announcement as to who is replacing Schneider later this week. One name that has come to mind is Saskatoon’s Colton Flasch who just left Team Kevin Koe.
