7 new cases of COVID-19 in Sask; 21 more people recovered

The province has announced six new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and one presumptive case, bringing the total in Saskatchewan to 285.

The one new presumptive case was indeterminate (neither positive nor negative) and is being sent to the National Microbiology Laboratory for further testing.

Twenty-one more people have recovered from the coronavirus, for a total of 136 people.

Eight people are in the hospital across the province, including two people in intensive care.

To date, 17,634 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province.  Saskatchewan continues to have the second highest rate of testing per capita among the provinces.
