Four people facing drug charges after Estevan bust

Two men and two women, are facing drug-trafficking charges after a long investigation in the Estevan area.

The investigation started in January of 2019 involving several different police units. Police investigated drug trafficking offences that occurred between November of 2016 and November of 2019. Several search warrants were executed and police seized drugs, cash, and firearms.

On Thursday, Estevan Police arrested four people from the area.

The people charged are 38-year-old Andrew James Young, 37-year-old Lindy Erin Darling, 22-year-old Kyra Lorelle Gessner, and 35-year-old Craig E. Tendler. They have been charged with conspiracy to traffic cocaine.

Young and Darling were previously charged with weapons offences on February 14th, 2020. Those charges were a result of search warrants executed on November 14, 2019.

All four suspects are scheduled to appear in court on June 29th.
