Regina Police say one person was killed in a single motorcycle accident Tuesday night at 23rd Avenue and Wascana Parkway.

Crews were called to the scene around 8:45 p.m..

In a news release sent out late Tuesday night, police said traffic was restricted in the area. Traffic flow has since been restored in the area.

Police say a 24 year-old man was transported to hospital by EMS, but was pronounced deceased a short time later. RPS did not provide a name for the deceased, but his next of kin have been notified.

Police, along with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, is continuing their investigation.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Regina Police or Crime Stoppers.
