A fire claimed a home on the 100 block of Forsyth Crescent Friday night.

At around 9:00 pm, Regina Fire crews responded to the call. Once on scene, firefighters saw fire coming out of the door and window.

The home, located just off McCarthy Boulevard south of Sherwood Drive, was very cluttered, making it difficult for firefighters to fight the blaze.

Officials say no one was inside during the fire, and an investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
