A place where many spent their youth in Regina is now officially no more.
The building where Wonderland Arcade once stood is now a pile of rubble and will soon be an empty lot. Crews came in Tuesday morning to demolish the structure which stood at 1729 Broad Street in downtown Regina, just south of Saskatchewan Drive.
On April 4, 2018, Lang’s Cafe burned to the ground. Wonderland Arcade was next door and suffered severe water damage with the owner saying repairs were simply not feasible.
All games that had been inside the facility like Mortal Kombat and Pac-Man had been auctioned off months ago.
