Sask. historic sites partially open Monday

Several historic sites in Saskatchewan run by Parks Canada open up on Monday including Fort Walsh, Batoche and the Motherwell Homestead.
Parks Canada’s Scott Whiting says due to COVID-19, the experience won’t be like what it should be, but it is still a chance to enjoy the outdoors and the scenery that each attraction provides.
“Trails will be open, green spaces will be open,” said Whiting. “However, the visitor’s centres and historic buildings. will remain closed.”
Whiting advises those wanting to check out one of their sites to check out that attractions website first so you know what is and isn’t available.
