Canada West will be making an announcement Monday morning with reports suggesting the conference will state fall sports are being cancelled this year because of COVID-19.

It would mean no women’s soccer and Rams football at the University of Regina.
The six teams in Canada West were to play a shortened five-game schedule.
It is not known if sports like hockey, volleyball and basketball will be affected. All of those sports will be playing a reduced schedule this year if the season goes ahead because of the pandemic.
