Phase 4.1 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan plan takes effect on Monday.
The first half of phase four will see outdoor pools and spray pads open, with child and youth day camps and seasonal/recreational outdoor sports and activities also resuming.
The limit for indoor gatherings increases to 30 people, as long as physical distancing rules can be adhered to.
The province has not yet announced a date for part two of phase four, but that is expected to be announced early this week.
When that day arrives indoor pools, indoor rinks, libraries, museums, galleries, movie theatres, casinos and bingo halls will all be permitted to re-open their doors.
On Sunday, 20 new cases of COVID-19 were announced in Saskatchewan, 18 of those were in the south and are presumed to be related to an outbreak currently active in the R.M of Maple Creek.

The other two cases were in the far north.
