Environment Canada is giving us June rainfall totals and it saw what many in Regina knew.
The figures show Regina received 44.7 millimeters of rain last month which is well behind the normal figure of 70.9 mm. A lot of that rain came in the last week of the month. It was also dry in Yorkton as the normal is just over 80 millimeters of precipitation, but only 31.7 mm was received
It is a different story in the northern part of the province as Saskatoon saw a very wet June. Figures from the weather office show 106.9 mm of rain came down during the month with the normal being 65.8. North Battleford also had a wet June with 73.2 millimeters received which is just above the normal of 65.
