At approximately 10:05pm on Friday night, Dion Blind was arrested without incident at a residence in Regina. He will make his first court appearance in court on Monday morning.

A 26-year-old man is wanted for attempted murder by the Regina Police Service following an incident early on Thursday morning.

Police officers were sent at around 5:30 a.m. on July 2 to a business on the 2100 block of Broad Street after a report of a weapons offence where a man was shot. The 41-year-old victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Regina police are now looking for 26-year-old Dion Thomas Wade Blind who is wanted for attempt to commit murder using a firearm.

RPS are asking the public not to engage with Blind if they see him since he has demonstrated violent behaviour before.
