Expect another stormy night in Saskatchewan

Environment Canada is issuing a series of severe thunderstorm watches and warnings across the province as conditions are favourable for a second straight night of stormy weather.

Thunderstorms have already developed in some areas of southern Saskatchewan with more expected as the day goes on.

These storms will likely be accompanied by strong wind, heavy rain and in some places hail.

The watches and warnings include the cities of Regina, Moose Jaw, Swift Current, Estevan, Weyburn and Prince Albert with other places like Humboldt, Watrous, Fort Qu’Appelle, North Battleford, Prince Albert, and Prince Albert National Park also being incorporated.
