A woman has died after a single vehicle rollover on the Lumsden Beach access road just off of Highway #54.

Early Sunday morning at about 2:30, Lumsden RCMP, Regina beach fire and local EMS all responded to the incident. Initial investigation has indicated that the vehicle was travelling westbound when it rolled into the ditch.

First responders located the deceased 54 year-old woman outside of the vehicle. A 54 year-old man was located inside the vehicle and was taken to hospital in Regina to treat undetermined injuries.

Alcohol is being considered to be a factor in this collision.

RCMP are still investigating.
