Sask. teachers worried about returning to school due to COVID-19

Saskatchewan teachers are expressing anxiety as they prepare for going back to school in September.

Teachers Federation President Patrick Maze says teachers are not confident adequate precautions are in place to ensure a safe return to school this fall.

Maze says teachers want to return to the classroom but want to see it done in a safe manner.

He says teachers want to see specific guidelines, safety protocols, and adequate support for students with appropriate cleaning and social distancing protocols.
