Sexual harassment claims result in Street Culture Project executive director stepping down

After an anonymous post on an Instagram profile suggested he was guilty of sexual harassment, Dustin Browne is stepping down as the executive director of Street Culture Project.

The anonymous post resulted in Browne making the move which he posted on his Facebook and Instagram accounts while apologizing.

Browne is the second person to step down from his position with a local organization due to sexual harassment claims. Jim Demeray left his position with UnderstandUs after several women who used to work at Earls restaurant in south Regina made claims against him from when he worked as the restaurant’s general manager between 2000 and 2016.
