RPS urging residents to be on the lookout for man wanted for manslaughter

The Regina Police Service is advising the public of the possible presence of a 28-year-old man, who has warrants for his arrest issued by the Punnichy RCMP.

The whereabouts of Josiah Pambrun are currently unknown. He was charged with Manslaughter earlier this year in connection with the murder of 49-year-old Rodney Troy Ruberry in January.

RPS was advised that Pambrun is believed to have cut off an electronic monitoring bracelet. He is wanted on warrants for mischief and failure to comply.

He is described as male, Indigenous, approximately 6’3, weighing around 240 pounds, medium build, with short block hair, brown eyes, and a pockmarked complexion.

Pambrun has tattoos on both of his arms, including the name “Isabella” on his left forearm, and praying hands, a rosary, and the name “Chantel” on his left upper arm.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Josiah Pambrun, or sees someone matching his description, should call Regina Police at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
