Investigation underway after death at Regina Correctional Centre

An investigation is underway after an inmate was found dead at the Regina Correctional Centre last night.

The man, whose age and identity are not being released right now, was found unresponsive in his cell around 7:20.

RCMP and the Coroners Service are looking into what happened while the Ministry of Corrections and Policing have started an internal investigation.
