Update – RCMP say a man has died after he was struck by a southbound semi-unit on Highway 11 south of Saskatoon.

Police say the pedestrian was found dead when they arrived at the scene.

Traffic was blocked for several hours after the accident one kilometre south of the Grasswood intersection. It has since been reopened with traffic flowing in both directions.

The investigation is still ongoing.
