An Instagram page that received a lot of attention for its content is now the subject of a lawsuit.

The Victims Voices Regina page, which allowed alleged survivors of sexual violence to share their stories had some of those stories name an alleged attacker. One of those alleged attackers is now fighting back.

A Regina teacher is seeking one million dollars in damages for defamation after being accused saying a post accusing him is false. Reports say several others who have been mentioned on the page are also looking at legal action.

The teacher seeks damages from Facebook, which owns Instagram, and those in charge of the Victims Voices Regina account which has been now deleted.
