After a tragic end to their 2020 season, the CF Snowbirds are now making plans for 2021.

Lieutenant-Colonel Denis Bandet says it is time to move forward.

“That’s exactly what we’re doing,” said Bandet. “We’re moving into a phase called ‘4th Generation’ where we focus on rebuilding and getting ready for 2021.”

Starting today, Bandet says a series of ground briefings and safety briefings will take place at 15 Wing Moose Jaw before they head to Comox, BC where they will spend three weeks getting experience at flying over water.

Bandet says this will be a special year for the Snowbirds as they roll out their 50th season with many things planned that they want to share with Canadians and people in Moose Jaw.
