If you are thinking of running for mayor, city council or a position on the school board in Regina, and you haven’t gotten your paperwork in, you had better hurry.

The nomination period ends Wednesday afternoon.

As it stands right now in Regina, there are nine people running for mayor including the incumbent Michael Fougere. As for councillors, the only one who right now would a seat by acclimation is Lori Bresciani in Ward 4.

Papers must be in to the Elections Regina office by 4 o’clock.
