REAL organizing trick or treat event at Mosaic Stadium

Mosaic Stadium will be full of ghosts and goblins on Hallowe’en.

The event organized by Regina Exhibition Association Limited will take place on October 31 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. parents and children will go through the concourse at Mosaic Stadium to get treats from over 20 local organizations and companies while showing off their costume.

Some of those groups include the Regina Pats, Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Regina Warehouse District.

Spokesperson Chelsea Galloway says it’s a day that should be fun for all involved.

“We’re all really excited to finally put something on for the community during a year when we have wanted to put on events, but we weren’t able to,” she stated.

The event is free, but each child will need a ticket to participate.

“People need to pre-register. Guests will have a chance to select a pre-designated time between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.,” explained Galloway.

Registration for tickets opens on October 14 at 10:00 a.m. A maximum of five tickets will be given per customer as only so many kids can go through each hour.

Groups are limited to six people including parents. Bringing a bag from home is discouraged as bags will be provided upon arrival.
