Arrest made in recent downtown robbery where worker was injured

A 23-year-old Regina man faces a number of charges after a robbery in downtown Regina earlier this month where a worker was hurt after being stabbed in the hand.

On Thursday afternoon, plainsclothes investigators went to a residence on the 2000 block of Rose where the suspect was seen before he closed and barricaded the door.  About two hours later, police entered the building and took the suspect into custody without incident.

Kashtin Hunter made his first court appearance on the matter Friday.
